We are aiTWorks, an employment agency ([please apply online] and we are looking for a candidate who can work as an Accounting Sales Assistant at a Japanese-owned real estate company located in Van Nuys, California. The company operates a wide range of real estate businesses, primarily in the Los Angeles area, including property acquisitions, value-add projects, property management, and real estate development. *Employment Status: Full Time *Working Hours : Monday-Friday 09:0018:00 8-hour shifts Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday) *Salary: $19.00 - $22.00/hour DOE *Benefit: Health insurance (include medical, dental, vision) Paid Time Off, Sick leave Job Responsibilities English-based accounting tasks: * Daily bookkeeping operations (journal entries, payment processing, accounts payable/receivable management) * Preparation of financial documents and journal entries * Cash management and expense calculations * Monthly closing procedures * Invoice creation and management * Correspondence with the IRS * Support for corporate tax filings Back-office Duties: * Sales assistant * Phone handling * Organizing documents and managing organizational structure * Basic office cleaning and supplies management * Web research and related tasks Note: Both of the above duties will be performed in addition to the primary responsibilities.
