We are looking for a motivated and energetic Bilingual Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to homeowners and realtors to find off-market properties for purchase. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are ambitious, persuasive, and looking to earn a high income through our competitive commission structure. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to homeowners and realtors to identify potential off-market properties. * Engage with property owners to determine interest in selling and gather relevant property details. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers and real estate professionals. * Effectively communicate Cavadian Properties' value proposition and answer questions about the selling process. * Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow up with leads as needed. * Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, sales, or real estate is a plus but not required. * Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. * Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively. * Goal-driven mindset with a strong work ethic. * Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software. * Self-motivated and eager to learn.
