Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls in a professional * Schedule appointments / fill the schedule for our sales team to provide free in-home estimates * Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction. * Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information and solutions to customers. * Perform data entry accurately and efficiently to update customer records and information. * Collaborate with team members to optimize call center operations and achieve performance goals. Qualifications * Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and written correspondence * Strong customer service background with experience in client services * Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications * Ability to handle outbound calling and provide support in a call center environment Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-the-job training Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Work Location: In person
