Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales effort and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industry and local market sales, along with exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage customer relationships, negotiate deals, and develop business opportunities in a competitive market. Duties * Lead and achieve sales targets and enhance performance. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience. * Soliciting RFP's * Responding to local incoming lead channels * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and account management. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns. * Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance metrics, provide training, and share best practices. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Skills * Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing sales efforts * Strong knowledge of industry sales and market sales processes. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. * Demonstrated experience in business development, including identifying new market opportunities. * Proficient in managing accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights for strategic planning. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques. * 2-year proven hotel experience * Preferably IHG experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $40,000.00 per year Schedule: * 10 hour shift License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Dallas, TX 75238 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Dallas, TX 75238: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In personHoliday Inn Express and Suites
