New Mexico Sports & Wellness Midtown Albuquerque, NM A Wellbridge Company Full-time We are looking for a Fitness Sales Consultant! Who we are: New Mexico Sports & Wellness is Albuquerque's leading upscale athletic, aquatics, tennis, and family fitness club, with 5 convenient locations. Our clubs support the lifestyles of busy professionals, families, health enthusiasts and those who simply strive to be more active by providing a wide spectrum of unique fitness and wellness services. We are looking for a Rockstar Membership Sales Specialist who: * Is always high-energy (at 5 am or 5 pm!) * Is a hard-working, self-starter * Is a coachable, growth-oriented person * Is great at talking with people and building rapport * Loves fitness/athletics & helping people achieve their goals * Wants to be THE CLOSER and take all the sales when in the building * Able to walk in on day 1 & close over 50% of the folks you tour * Isn't afraid of making 100 calls per day * Isn't afraid of following up with leads 30+ times to get them scheduled * Social media competent (Facebook & Insta) Are you a Hard-Working, High-Energy, World-Class Salesperson looking to close deals & change lives while working for the premier health club in the city? This position involves B2B outreach, prospecting/networking, outgoing calls, constantly and relentlessly following up on leads, setting and closing in- person sales meetings, and representing the club in offsite events. Our most successful Sales Reps are driven with an entrepreneurial spirit. They push themselves and their team to exceed individual and overall club goals. These individuals are proactive in assisting with club activities and programs to support current and future members.
