Full description of the position

The Digital Sales Coordinator at United Parks & Resorts plays a key role in supporting the digital sales team by managing online sales channels, optimizing e-commerce initiatives, and assisting with digital marketing efforts. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless digital ticketing experiences, coordinating promotional campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth through online platforms. What you get to do: * Manage and maintain digital sales platforms, ensuring accuracy in pricing, promotions, and product availability * Assist in the execution of online sales strategies, including seasonal promotions, digital advertising campaigns, and direct-to-consumer sales initiatives * Monitor and analyze online sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth * Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, IT, and operations, to enhance the guest digital purchasing experience * Support digital partnerships by maintaining third-party online sales channels and tracking performance * Ensure accuracy in digital sales reporting, preparing regular reports and insights to support decision-making * Assist in the development of digital content, including promotional messaging and sales materials for online channels * Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging digital sales technologies to drive innovation What it takes to succeed: * Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred) * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, marketing, or a related field * Strong understanding of digital sales strategies, online marketplaces, and e-commerce platforms * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with content management systems (CMS), digital analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms * Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail * Ability to analyze data and create reports to track digital sales performance * Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment * Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed What else is important: * Experience with Google Analytics, digital advertising platforms, and SEO best practices * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital ticketing platforms * Previous experience in the hospitality, theme park, or tourism industry Why Join United Parks? * Work in a dynamic and exciting industry with a focus on digital innovation * Enjoy exclusive employee perks, including park admission and discounts * Be part of a growing and collaborative team with opportunities for professional development
