Job Summary As an Account Manager at Kiddie Academy, you will play a frontline management role responsible for accurately maintaining family accounts. Account managers play a vital role in building relationships with families and ensuring their satisfaction with our educational programs. A background in accounting, book keeping and collecting tuition payments is preferred. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with families to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding their child's enrollment and progress. * Promote Kiddie Academy's programs and services to prospective families. * Assist in organizing events and activities that engage families and promote community involvement. Requirements * Proven experience in account management or customer service roles, preferably in an educational or childcare setting. * Proficient skills in technology. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with families and staff. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Passion for early childhood education and commitment to nurturing children's development.
