POSITION PURPOSE The Sales Representative will be responsible for but are not limited to, lead generation activities through company tools and software, strong understanding of company's sales process, building relationships, negotiate and close sales, meet company sales goals, etc. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES (and not limited to) Operational and Sales duties - A few areas of expertise and training will be required Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion Negotiating Collaborate with various departments within company Maintain relationship with existing customers/handle their needs Knowledgeable about company goals/product and services Other responsibilities but not limited to: Performs special projects as assigned by CEO as requested Ensures that work area and all I-Care and/or client supplied equipment is clean, secure, and well maintained. Customer management and communication duties as assigned Performs other duties as assigned. GENERAL PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS Sales functions are efficient, effective, and delivered in accordance with company policies, procedures, and with applicable laws. Sales functions are well coordinated. Good communication exists and assistance is provided as needed. Sales activities are regularly and effectively reviewed. Sales personnel are effective, efficient, and optimally utilized. Good communication exists and support is provided as needed. Officers are appropriately informed of Sales activities and of any significant problems. Suggestions for improved efficiency or effectiveness are provided. Required reports and records are accurate and timely. The company's professional reputation and service excellence are maintained.
