The Sales Support Specialists plays a vital role in supporting Account Executives while collaborating with all departments across the company. This position is key in assisting with overall account management, driving client satisfaction, and handling routine client inquiries. Reporting directly to Account Management, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to: * Generate/manage multiple projects and ensure that the project deliverables and milestones are met. * Project entry, pricing (confirmed by Sales), resample requests, and updates in the system. * Collaborate with Customer Service when necessary to ensure pricing and system records are current for purchase orders. * Know when to escalate any issues within the organization and to AM when appropriate. * Responsible to request all customer samples both oils and application * Be the point of contact for client information flowing in and out of the organization, project updates, sample information, benchmark requests, regulatory docs, pricing, tracking, deadlines, client feedback, customer complaints. Communicate this information to the internal team as needed. * Manage preparations of sales meetings and presentations, in conjunction with the AE * Develop and manage project timelines while maintaining constant contact with all internal departments through the project life cycle. * Work with sales to manage project status and record client feedback on all active projects in the project system. * Support with budget entry process. * Attend client meetings when required. * Maintain accurate and up to date client records within the system. * Participate in panel testing, training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes. * Serve as backup for other Sales Coordinators while out of the office. * Label and record base/benchmarks and provide them to the Fragrance Development Team and Applications Lab. * Coordinate the nationalization process. About you * Bachelor's Degree * A minimum of 3-5 years administrative experience is required, with Prior Sales or Project/Sales Coordination experience. * Resourceful, reliable, independent, multi-tasker who sees tasks and projects through to completion. * Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable in a professional work/office setting, 4 days a week. * Demonstrate superior customer focus skills and possess strong interpersonal skills. * Strong Computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, * Must be a self-motivated team player with a focus on team success. * Proven project coordination skills with excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail. * Must have the ability to develop strong internal and external working relationships in all functions and at various levels in the organization. * Excellent time management and organization with ability to prioritize Our offer Become part of our open and transparent culture.
