True North is actively looking to bring on a new Wireless Agent to join our team. The Wireless Agent plays a crucial role in driving wireless knowledge, sales and delivering excellent customer service through customer engagement. As a Wireless Agent, you will represent our values and mission while helping customers find solutions that meet their needs. The Wireless Agent will be a wireless expert. You will focus on maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, meeting daily and weekly sales metrics, and educate potential customers on the benefits of our mobility services. This Wireless Agent role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a high level of energy. As a Wireless Agent, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills, gain hands-on experience, and master all telecommunication services. Responsibilities of the Wireless Agent: * Service customers by providing them potential wireless service recommendations * Increase wireless sales through effective communication and negotiation skills * Discuss all wireless products and plans for customers based on their interest and daily usage * Identify customer needs and confidently offer tailored solutions for them * Maintain detailed product knowledge to inform and guide customers * Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through follow-up and support Wireless Agent Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Willing to learn about wireless services, mobility opportunities and communication enhancements * Proven ability to build customer loyalty and relationships * Confidence speaking to customers * Time management and detail oriented * Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required * Ability to work independently and within a team setting as a professional Job Type: Full-time Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Shift: * Day shift Work Location: In person
