We specialize in products for Convenience Stores, Beer and Wine stores, Dollar stores, Tobacco shops, and more! Job Summary We are seeking a On site Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for Customer engagement & Sales Execution. The ideal candidate is someone with B2B wholesale experience, strong verbal communication, highly approachable and goal oriented. Major Responsibilities/Activities *Customer Engagement & Sales Execution Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, quotes, and product recommendations. Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Promote product offerings, suggest complementary items, and work to increase average order size. Accurately process sales orders, ensuring proper pricing, stock availability, and timely fulfillment. Customer Relationship Management Follow up with customers regarding orders, inventory status, and promotions. Maintain records of customer preferences, order history, and communication notes. Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor issues efficiently and professionally. *Product & Market Knowledge Stay current on new product launches, vendor updates, pricing changes, and market trends. Clearly communicate product benefits, specs, and availability to customers. Support seasonal promotions and product transitions with key customer accounts. *Administrative Support & Data Entry Enter and verify customer orders in the ERP/order entry system (e.g., Oracle, NCR Counterpoint). Assist with updates to customer accounts, including billing, shipping, and contact info. Support sales reporting, pricing updates, and internal sales support tasks. Required Skills/Experience 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B, wholesale, or distribution environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach. Comfortable making outbound calls and managing a high volume of customer interactions. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Fresh works, Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP/order management software (e.g., Oracle). Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to grow sales and build strong customer relationships. Education preferred Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
