The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and have a passion for helping clients find the right solutions to meet their needs. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Identify potential leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and research. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients. * Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience. Qualifications * Proven experience in technology sales or related fields such as B2B or direct sales is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Experience in retail sales or territory sales is a plus. * Proficient in lead generation techniques and strategies. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous. * Excellent negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
