Location: Needham Heights, MA 02494 Date Posted: 04/05/2025 Category: Sales Education: Bachelor's Degree The Account Manger's primary role is to maximize company profits and accomplish team objectives by achieving sales targets, providing high quality customer service to internal and external customers, and strategically leading and implementing their region 's recruitment strategy process. This role heavily relies on clear communication, taking initiative, and collaborating within a team. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage daily client interactions * Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements * Actively participate in sales, account development, and client prospecting to increase billable hours. * Maintain a continuous plan of action to improve operational goals * Establish and maintain an effective "touch system" with clients * Provide leadership: encourage and facilitate cooperation, pride, trust, and department identity. Foster commitment, and lead through example and sharing of knowledge or skills.
