Join Our Team as a Full-Time Licensed Commercial Account Manager! We're looking for a dedicated Commercial Account Manager to provide exceptional client support and service in our fast-paced insurance environment. This full-time position is Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm and requires a licensed insurance professional who is detail-oriented, self- motivated, and comfortable multi-tasking in a team environment. Experience with Xanatek or other agency management systems is a plus! Key Responsibilities: As a Commercial Account Manager , you will be the primary contact for clients, handling client inquiries and providing excellent customer service. Core duties include managing policy changes, issuing certificates of insurance, invoicing, submitting claims, coordinating audits, and building lasting client relationships. Strong sales skills will be highly valued, as you'll have opportunities to upsell additional insurance products. Your skills in data entry, Microsoft Office, and outbound calling will be essential in delivering the best service to our clients. Qualifications: * Licensed in Property & Casualty with a minimum of two years' experience (personal lines agents are welcome to apply) * Experience in customer support and relationship-building in a fast-paced environment * Proficient in English with excellent communication and phone etiquette skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable adapting to new technology.
