Location: Southern California - Territory Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive base salary with additional benefits, including a company car and travel expenses. Our pocket sliding door systems are fully integrated in both design and operation, offering superior strength, seamless installation, and maximum space efficiency. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive sales and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Door and Building industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and secure new business opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, designers, and distributors. * Promote ECLISSE's innovative pocket, swing, and sliding door systems to prospective clients. * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, including installation procedures, either at the client's office or job site. Tailor each presentation to address the specific needs and concerns of the client, ensuring they gain a clear understanding of the product's features, benefits, and proper application. * Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. * Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery. * Meet and exceed sales targets with unlimited earning potential. Qualifications: * Proven experience in outside sales , preferably within the Door and Building industry. * Strong understanding of architectural and construction processes is a plus. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. * Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to succeed. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * QuickBooks Knowledge is a Plus. * Must be willing and able to travel as required for client meetings, product demonstrations, and job site visits.
