Responsibilities - Engage with potential customers through referral programs, door-to-door outreach, and community events to promote solar energy solutions. - Conduct thorough assessments of customer energy needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their specific requirements. - Explain the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available financing options. - Utilize software tools to create detailed proposals and presentations for clients. - Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. - Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices. - Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. - Demonstrate leadership by mentoring new team members and contributing to a positive team culture.
