The Director of Sales will be an intricate part of the management team, leading the hotels sales efforts to new levels through team work, coaching, creativity and leadership. The ideal candidate should have previous Director of Sales experience in hotel sales. The Director of Sales will be responsible for directing the overall sales efforts of the hotel. Responsibilities include new business development, account management, preparation and management of a Sales & Marketing Budget, and Revenue Management. Requirements: * 2 or more years of DOS experience, may consider a strong Senior Sales Manager. * IHG experience preferred but not required. * Upbeat personality!
