As we prepare to open our doors, we're seeking passionate and knowledgeable Fullfillment Specialists to join our fun and collaborative team. Position Summary The** Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for pickup and delivery in compliance with all New York State cannabis regulations. This role operates in the fulfillment room and requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining inventory integrity and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately and efficiently select products from the fulfillment room, ensuring all orders are packed correctly. * Ensure Compliance: Verify that all orders are packed and labeled in accordance with New York State cannabis regulations. * Use POS System: Process and track fulfilled orders using the COVA POS system, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. * Manage Inventory Levels: Restock and organize products in the fulfillment room to maintain proper stock levels and workflow. * Coordinate with Inventory and Sales Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure real-time stock accuracy and prevent inventory discrepancies. * Conduct Inventory Audits: Assist in performing regular inventory counts and audits to ensure compliance and prevent loss. * Handle Returns and Exchanges: Process product returns, exchanges, and damaged items in accordance with store policy. * Follow Security and Compliance Protocols: Adhere to all cannabis handling, packaging, and security requirements. * Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Keep the fulfillment area tidy, secure, and well-maintained for efficient operations. * Communicate with Front-of-House Team: Ensure seamless order fulfillment by coordinating with reception and sales associates. * Assist with General Operations: Support dispensary functions as needed to enhance overall efficiency.
