Duties * Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or renters. * Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials. * Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the real estate sector. * Collaborate with sales teams to negotiate deals and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. * Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all marketing efforts. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients throughout the buying or renting process. * Organize promotional events and open houses to showcase properties effectively. * Utilize property management tools to track listings, client interactions, and marketing performance.
