[please apply online] Essential duties include, but are not limited to: * Ensure that all Colaw Fitness's systems, values, and goals are being followed. * Perform fitness consultations for training packages with high closing percentage. * Perform sales calls and lead nurturing to all leads interested in training services. * Perform training sessions for eligible members. * Perform interviews and hire team members. * Ensure that trainers are following our systems and maintaining the Colaw Fitness standards. * Complete daily KPI metrics for corporate. * Complete detailed notes of all fitness consultations, training sessions, and member results. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym. * Market club programs (fitness consultations, classes, training sessions, diet programs, etc.) REQUIREMENTS * Personal training knowledge (certification is preferred but not required) * Personal health or fitness success story (lost weight, toned up, improved health, improved fitness level etc.) * Weight training & cardiovascular exercise knowledge (1 year or more) * Exercise regularly * Eat "healthy" or "toward a health/fitness goal" often * Confident in generating personal sales *Passion for fitness and helping others * Professional, punctual, reliable and honest * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, and members * *ALIGNMENT with Colaw Fitness "CORE VALUES": * Devotion to God - Desire to make Jesus famous in our clubs.
