As An Entry Level AT &T Customer Sales Associate, You Will Be: * Utilizing client-generated leads to meet with new customers face-to-face to sell products and services on behalf of our clients * Building genuine relationships with customers by engaging in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that not only satisfy their needs but foster trust and loyalty to our client's brand * Collaborating with fellow Entry Level AT&T Customer Sales Associates and managers to coordinate efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing initiatives * Ensuring that all client and company compliance is being followed to maintain the highest standards of integrity and foster trust and reliability with both clients and stakeholders * Leveraging in-depth product knowledge and effective upselling techniques to address and overturn customer objections, ensuring a successful close to the sale Entry Level AT &T Customer Sales Associate Requirements: * 1-2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, client relations, business administration, communications, hospitality, or any related field * Strong communication skills in building and maintaining relationships with customers * Enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward sales and client relations * Openness to hands-on training and coaching * Goal-oriented and driven to meet or exceed sales targets Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: In person
