Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Fire/Security Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and fire alarm sales, with a proven ability to manage accounts and generate leads and estimate upcoming projects. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively position our services. As a Sales Professional, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with clients. You will also project manage your sales from start to finish and assist others on the team if needed. Must be up to date on building and fire alarm codes and know the process of designing and submitting plans. MUST KNOW THE FIRE AND SECURITY INDUSTRY! Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct market analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction. * Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and completing the project. Requirements * Proven experience in residential and commercial sales. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. * Familiarity with current building codes and fire alarm codes. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. * Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while maintaining attention to detail. * Self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. * A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets. * The ability to project manage a job from start to finish.
