                Full description of the position
Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative, will serve as a pivotal point of contact for both internal teams and external customers. This role will primarily focus on assisting with administrative tasks, order entry, and addressing customer service issues to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Systems You 'll Use: * Google Enterprise * BambooHR * Paycom & ADP Qualifications & Requirements: * A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a degree in Business Administration or a related field. * Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role in manufacturing or related industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling professional interaction with customers and stakeholders. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical, as you will manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. * Proficiency with Google workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides) is required to manage. documentation and collaborate with teams. * Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with sales processes and customer service principles will be key to effectively supporting customers and internal teams. RESPONSIBILITIES * You will regularly track the status of customer orders and proactively provide updates to keep customers informed throughout the process. This includes fielding customer inquiries and concerns while delivering prompt, professional, and solutions-oriented support. You are also responsible for preparing and distributing sales-related documents such as quotations, invoices, and reports to facilitate smooth customer transactions. * Maintaining strong, positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional satisfaction and loyalty is a key focus, along with efficiently entering customer orders into the system with a high level of accuracy. * Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Shipping teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth order management. You will work closely with Account Managers and Business Development resources to escalate and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively. * Additionally, you will provide valuable insights and updates to the Sales team to help drive overall team success and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. * Empowered to research customer complaints and issues, providing thoughtful and effective solutions that enhance overall customer satisfaction. You will monitor and track sales activities, prepare relevant reports, and contribute insights that support the broader sales strategy. By taking initiative in addressing customer concerns, you will ensure timely and efficient resolutions that maintain a consistently positive customer experience and reinforce trust in the organization.
