Job Title: Canvasser / Appointment Setter Location: Dallas, Texas Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: $15 Hourly Base + Commission (Performance-Based Bonuses Available) About Us: At Ready Roofing & Solar, we specialize in helping homeowners navigate the aftermath of storm damage through professional roofing inspections, insurance claim assistance, and high-quality roofing solutions. We're seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Canvassers / Appointment Setters to be the first point of contact for homeowners needing help after a storm. Position Summary: As a Canvasser / Appointment Setter, you'll be responsible for engaging with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, educating them about our services, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. You are not selling roofing -- you are offering a free, no-obligation inspection to homeowners who may have storm damage. Your efforts directly help homeowners protect their property while earning great income. Key Responsibilities: * Walk designated neighborhoods and knock on doors to introduce our services. * Educate homeowners on the signs of storm damage and the insurance claims process. * Schedule inspection appointments for our project managers or sales representatives. * Track leads and follow up with potential customers. * Represent the company professionally and positively at all times. * Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals. Qualifications: * Strong communication and people skills -- you're not afraid to knock and talk! * Energetic, self-motivated, and positive attitude. * Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods. * Basic understanding of home exteriors (training provided). * Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
