POSITION SUMMARY The Appointment Setter is responsible for setting qualified inbound and outbound appointments for our Outside Sales Team. As part of their job duties, the Appointment Setter must effectively and efficiently dial prospects from the company database, answer inbound leads promptly, and schedule a high volume of qualified appointments. They need to align with the company's mission, vision, and core values to hit performance and incentive metrics that will propel them in excelling at their own personal, professional and financial goals.
