Join us as a Home Solutions Consultant at BP Roofing Texas, we offer hands on training with top closers in the industry as well as uncapped earning potential. Responsibilities: Proactively generate new sales leads through various methods, including networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of BP Roofing's services to potential clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by consistently providing superior service. Achieve or exceed established sales targets and accurately track and report sales progress. Qualifications: Experience within the roofing, construction, or home improvement industries is a plus. B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales experience is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Strong commitment to achieving results and maintaining high standards of workmanship. Self-motivated, disciplined, accountable, and reliable. Ability to work effectively both independently and as a contributing member of a performance-driven team. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus. Must be proficient in basic computer skills, including CRM software, email communication, and standard office applications. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift Willingness to travel: * 75% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
