Are you looking for a new business development / inside sales job? Producing and succeeded for our clients is the number one priority. * This person will be responsible for generating new business for our clients and must be able to quickly learn and adapt. * This candidate is curious, competitive and wants to continuously get better. This candidate wants to know everything about the prospective client, buying behaviors, pain points and ways to help overcome those obstacles and help prospects become happy customers. * He/She is never satisfied with the status quo, but also knows how to reproduce a successful behavior. Responsibilities : * This position requires heavy outbound phone and email activity. * A successful candidate will be able to engage in conversations throughout the entire business day and understands that likelihood for success increases as outbound activity (with strategy and purpose) increases. * Achieve business targets including (but not limited to): Quota achievement, prospect presentation/demo goals, sufficient new opportunity creation and prospect conversation targets. * These goals vary by client, target market and industry. In order to win the game, an athlete has to do all the little things right in practice. In order to run a successful sales and marketing campaign, a business development representative has to do all the little things right each day. These are those things. * Achieve product knowledge targets to be able to clearly and effectively understand customer needs and be able to relate product features and benefits in order to help prospects make informed and educated decisions. * We will train you and our clients will support your growth.
