Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties - Make outbound calls daily to incoming warm leads - Provide sales support to customers by explaining product features, handling inquiries, and facilitating test drives - Maintain accurate records of sales, and customer information - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service - Utilize software tools for sales tracking and customer management - Become a strong deal closer - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media Experience -Experience is preferred, but for a money motivated monster - we can train - Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive sales or dealership environments - Strong mathematical skills to handle pricing, discounts, and financial calculations - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues - Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus - Familiarity with inventory control procedures and sales techniques Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off * Paid training * Professional development assistance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Monthly bonus * Performance bonus Ability to Relocate: * Fulton, NY 13069: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
