Overview: Cool Today is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Sales Coordinators responsible for scheduling perspective clients that request service through company lead generation efforts. Qualifications: * Previous dispatch experience preferred * A minimum of 1 year call center experience. * Multi-tasking abilities * Proficient outbound phone skills * Proficient written and computer skills
