As a Centralized Sales Manager at Gold's Gym, you are responsible for supervising, guiding, motivating and helping the team of Centralized Sales Team Members work together, achieving team KPI's, and delivering the best possible customer experience to our potential members. In addition, the Centralized Sales Manager will also perform the same day-to-day tasks of the Centralized Sales Team; however, the primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and manage the centralized sales team. Major Responsibilities: Leadership of team * Provide daily support and direction to the centralized sales team through training, coaching, guidance, and advice. * Direct the team on best practices, handling escalated issues, and ensuring compliance with all company guidelines. * Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, streamline processes, and meet key performance indicators. * Provide meaningful input in hiring new team members within approved FTE levels and ensure training of team. * Provide clear directions to team members to ensure that all customer queries are addressed on time and in the best way possible. * Ensure that all equipment and appliances needed by team members are available and in good condition. * Manage escalated issues. * Conduct performance reviews and create individual development plans. * Manage any capability or performance issues through progressive disciplinary process. * Provide detailed statistical feedback on the performance of team members for evaluation and commission/bonus purposes. * Manage systems for setting schedules, delegation, monitoring activities, attendance and leave planning. * Assist in recruitment and training of new team members. Centralized Sales Team Member * Independently respond to all internet leads through telephone, email and text communication per the operating frequency established for consistent execution. * Maintain prospective member correspondence through an established cadence to provide proper experience for both potential members and club operations. * Partner with upper management to assess, design and implement strategies for enhanced execution of new member sales through expansion of internet lead programming. * Ensure gyms have adequate support through follow-up communication regarding all sales leads, appointments, and transitioning from CMA to club. * Work monthly lists for members whose PIF memberships are expiring and try to get the member to rejoin. * Assist in selling memberships from the incoming web leads. * Identify, develop, and execute in conjunction with Gold's Gym's Mission and Vision * Any other projects as asked. Reporting, analysis, and insight (as required) * Analyze and interpret data from our CRM & texting service. * Analyze ongoing trends and provide feedback. * Review current processes and provide constructive recommendations. Continual improvement of team operations, processes, and procedures * Recommend and/or implement better modes of operation to make customer service easier for both team members and customers. Achievement of team KPI to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction * Manage customer inquiries in our CRM, ensuring that all inquiries and follow-up are handled within Gold's Gym guidelines. * Ensure inquiries are handled within SLAs. * Work with regional/local management and use knowledge of established Gold's Gym operating procedures to make sound business decisions. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications: * A minimum of 2-year administrative and 1-year management experience * Excellent customer service skills, including clear communication, fast responses, quick thinking. * Highly competent in objection handling. * Self-starter who can work with direction but little supervision. * Team builder. Recognizes the importance of the team. * Knowledge of CRM systems an advantage * Willingness to go beyond the job description to meet business goals. Preferred Qualifications: Skills and experience * Strong customer service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm under high pressure or continually changing situations. * Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both local language and English (written and oral). * Solid organizational skills, set priorities, establish objectives/milestones, schedules activities effectively, and attend meetings prepared and ready to discuss open issues. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Professional communication skills; high success rate in building and maintaining relationships.
