Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you are making outbound calls to current utility business customers to migrate them to a new service, as their old technology is going away. These customers will likely need to change providers or upgrade their service, and you must provide exceptional support and assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, sales oriented and enjoy helping others in customer service. Duties * Dial Outbound to customers regarding upgrading services and plans, while answering all inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients. * Meeting sales targets monthly. * Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and any issues that may arise. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. * Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by actively listening and addressing concerns. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. * Support office operations as needed, including administrative tasks related to client services. Qualifications * Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients. * Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is required. * 1 or 2 years of sales experience. * High School Diploma or GED * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. * Familiarity with office software and customer support tools is advantageous. * A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent client services are crucial for success in this role.
