And also brings: * A passion for connecting with clients and understanding their needs * Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills * Proven experience in sales and account management, program management and project management * The drive to exceed goals and contribute to our continued growth If you're ready to be part of a collaborative, innovative team with a strong reputation in the industry, we'd love to hear from you. * THIS POSITION IS FULL-TIME ONSITE - NO REMOTE WORK Essential Functions * Manage assigned accounts * Build and maintain corporate brand partnerships to establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer-supplier relationship * Increase sales in respective accounts * Prepare sales information for customers * Secure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels of fulfillment Job Duties and Responsibilities * Present quotes to customer, obtain preliminary design (PD) approval, fabrication commitment and/or order acknowledgement (OA), and deposits * Explain fabrication process, timelines, and introduce Project Coordinator to the customer * Maximize business opportunities with existing accounts by building and maintaining good client relationships and following up with representatives of existing accounts on an ongoing basis to determine their needs * Maintain current sales funnel to ensure timely conversion of quotes to orders or identify lost sales * Learn USI solutions and become able to effectively present features/benefits * Establish effective and pro-active/productive relationships with key personnel in all assigned brands thru follow-up and proper execution * Work with Project Coordinator to meet and exceed service requests * Maintain YOY increases in sales revenues with each assigned brand * Maintain contact with accounts (preferably via phone) and document weekly in CRM system Skills and Qualifications * 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients * Time management and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel * Experience working with CRM software Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
