Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer support, and driving sales initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze client needs, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Duties * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Provide exceptional client services by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. * Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the office system. * Handle cash transactions with precision and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients and prospects. * Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction. * Support sales initiatives by actively participating in promotional campaigns and outreach efforts. * Experience in the Elevator industry is a plus but not required. Qualifications * Strong proficiency in English. * Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively. * Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry and communication. * Solid office skills, including familiarity with standard office software applications. * Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately. * Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets is a plus. * Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients.
