Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring the store is well- stocked and organized. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues promptly. * Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately during transactions. * Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote new items. * Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any discrepancies. * Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience * Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not required. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Familiarity with POS systems is beneficial for efficient transaction processing. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. * Basic math skills are essential for managing transactions and inventory effectively.
