Job Description Holy Smokes is looking to add a friendly, customer-service focused member to our team for either Part-Time or Full-Time position. We are a Vape, Smoke, & CBD store and the Sales Associate will be responsible for helping customers purchase smoking, vaping, and CBD products. Part-Time position may be eligible to upgrade to Full-Time based on performance. Job Type : Part-Time, Full-Time Pay Range : $11 to $12 Hr Qualifications : * Retail Sales: 1 Yr (Required) * Customer Service: 1 Yr (Required) * Retail Management: 1 Yr (For Full-Time Position) * Knowledge of Vape and Smoking products (Preferred but Not Required, Training Will be Provided) * Driver's License (Access to Transportation To and From Store Required) * High school or Equivalent (Required) Responsibilities : * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service * Greet customers and educate them on products * Stock and maintain inventory per inventory control procedures * Process Point of Sales (POS) purchases via POS system * Promote store and products via social media marketing Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount Shift: * 10 hour shift * 12 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Night shift * Overnight shift Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Required) * Smoking: 1 year (Required) * Vaping: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Shift availability: * Day Shift (Required) * Night Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: * Houston, TX 77015 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Houston, TX 77015: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
