Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. This position focuses on all levels of customer interaction via phone, email and live chat, taking service to another level by facilitating all aspects of customer interaction with the highest standards in the industry. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience. You will be working with our management team, technicians, suppliers, manufacturers, and other staff to ensure Main Line Overland over-delivers for customers. Duties * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers. * Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining high levels of satisfaction. * Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. * Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. * Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. * Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings. * Document all interactions with customers in the system for future reference.
