Duties * Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting sales activities. * Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions. * Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth. * Participate in lead generation activities through networking, events, and outreach efforts. * Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies.
