The Opportunity: You'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, directly impacting our success and yours. You'll attend 2+ pre-scheduled appointments ( we give you pre-confirmed warm leads!) with homeowners in Southern California, guiding them through their remodeling journey and closing deals on essential projects like roofing, painting, landscaping, and windows. Compensation * 1099 pay structure * 2+ pre-confirmed appointments per day (We invest $10K+ per month per consultant for leads) * HIS Licensing * Monthly performance bonuses * Office snacks + drinks Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Culver City, CA 90230 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Culver City, CA 90230: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
