Outside Sales Representative Architectural Window and Door We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join Architectural Window and Door, a premier window and door supply company serving custom home builders in Southwest Florida. As a dynamic, young company with a vision to grow from $4-5 million in annual sales to $30-40 million, we're looking for a sales leader eager to expand with us and shape the future of luxury home construction Why Architectural Window and Door? * Competitive salary plus commission; based on experience and performance * Potential for company vehicle, phone, and computer; based on performance * Ongoing sales training; relentless pursuit of improvement * Career development opportunities; hiring someone to develop into the sales manager Key Responsibilities: Client 2 Client & Builder Relationships * Serve as the primary point of contact for custom home builders, delivering exceptional service and building long term relationships. * Leverage your existing book of business to drive sales of high-quality windows and doors, emphasizing architectural detailing. * Proactively identify new business opportunities with high-end builders, gaining their trust and maintaining loyalty, ensuring that their business grows along with ours. * Analyze architectural plans, complete accurate window and door takeos, and build precise schedules for quoting. * Manage client expectations, provide expert guidance on product selection, and ensure a seamless experience from quote to delivery. Sales Execution & Financial Growth * Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets in Southwest Florida's luxury home market. * Prepare accurate quotes, track sales progress, and ensure timely follow-through on orders and payments. * Provide cost transparency and align oerings with builder budgets and timelines. Trade Partner & Industry Coordination * Build and maintain strong relationships with custom home builders, architects, and designers to uphold Architectural Window and Door's reputation for excellence. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and compliance with project specifications. * Attend industry events and site visits to strengthen client relationships and promote our brand. Who You Are * Experienced Sales Professional - 5+ years in sales in the construction, window/door industry. * Connected - Existing book of business with loyalty from at least 3 high-end custom home builders. * Detail-Oriented & Proactive - Strong ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines, and deliverables. * Tech-Savvy - Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (experience with Procore a plus). * Exceptional Communicator - Skilled at engaging builders, architects, and decision-makers with confidence and clarity. * Results-Driven - Passionate about exceeding sales goals while maintaining a client-first mindset. * Industry Compliant - Clean driving record, background check, and commitment to a Drug-Free Workplace.
