Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will consult with residential and commercial customers to assess their heating and cooling needs, recommend tailored HVAC solutions, and drive sales of our products and services. If you have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for providing comfort solutions, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities * Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to evaluate customers' HVAC needs. * Educate customers on available heating, cooling, and air quality solutions. * Provide accurate estimates and explain financing options. * Follow up with leads, answer inquiries, and close sales. * Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends. * Work closely with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate referrals. Qualifications * Previous sales experience in HVAC, home services, or a related field preferred. * Strong ability to consult, educate, and close sales. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
