Job description Licensed Real Estate Assistant, full-time. Must have Texas Real Estate license, reliable transportation, and cell phone. Responsibilities: * Preview new listings, complete paperwork, and prepare property for showings. * Host open houses, attend inspections, buyer walk through, and other events * Accompany showings * Run errands to support business needs. * Prepare market analysis to help determine property value * Schedule photography and inspections * Place advertising orders * Help agent maintain marketing campaigns * Maintain all files and turn in to appropriate parties * Maintain active real estate license and required CE classes Qualifications: * Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields * Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases * Ability to build rapport with clients * Strong organization and time management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Must have reliable transportation Compensation: Competitive Salary Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Alternate weekends on call Supplemental pay types: * Commission pay Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Real Estate License (Required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
