Full description of the position
The Customer Support Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves direct communication with customers via phone, email, chat, or other channels to assist with product or service-related issues. Key Responsibilities: * The Customer Support Advisor responds to customer inquiries and provides solutions in a timely and professional manner. * The Customer Support Advisor handles customer complaints and escalates complex issues to senior support staff if necessary. * The Customer Support Advisor processes orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies. * The Customer Support Advisor maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. * The Customer Support Advisor documents customer interactions in the CRM system accurately. * The Customer Support Advisor collaborates with other teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently. * The Customer Support Advisor provides product/service information to customers and educates them on features or troubleshooting. * The Customer Support Advisor meets or exceeds performance metrics, including response times, issue resolution times, and customer satisfaction ratings. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). * Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is a plus. * The Customer Support Advisor should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. * The Customer Support Advisor should possess strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. * The Customer Support Advisor must be able to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts professionally. * Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred for the Customer Support Advisor. * The Customer Support Advisor should have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * A customer-first mentality and a positive attitude are essential for the Customer Support Advisor.
