Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions. * Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, promoting products and services effectively. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and industry trends to assist customers accurately. * Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed. * Utilize retail math skills to process transactions accurately and maintain financial records. * Exhibit strong phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries over the phone. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance overall performance. * Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Requirements * Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a retail environment or dealership setting. * Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. * Familiarity with sales management software and tools is preferred. * Ability to demonstrate cold calling techniques and outbound sales strategies effectively. * Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process. * High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
