Client Account Representative Responsibilities * Meet with current and existing customers through direct engagements to inform them of the products and services that best benefit their needs * Close sales efficiently and timely, based upon the customer's desired preferences; utilize upselling and negotiation tactics when applicable * Serve as a primary point of contact and manager of client accounts, addressing any questions, comments, or concerns during the sales process * Collaborate with the Senior Client Account Representatives to review and track client progress, manage key sales performance metrics, and provide insightful updates to clients * Collect and share client feedback with other Client Account Representatives to help improve sales products and optimize client satisfaction * Proactively identify and address any obstacles that may arise during customer interactions to ensure a smoother sales delivery process Qualifications For a Client Account Representative: * Leadership, sales, or management experience is a plus but not required * A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences * Reliable transportation with the ability to commute to our office * A student mentality with the desire to learn and grow within the business Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,100.00 per week Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
