Our client is a worldwide telecommunications company that offers voice, data and video services and solutions on its award-winning networks and platforms, delivering on customers ' demand for mobility, reliable network connectivity, security, and control. We are looking for Aftermarket Product Service Rep with customer facing experience with track record handling a high volume of customer queries via tickets/ seller platforms. Location: Fort Worth, TX 76137 - HYBRID Position: Aftermarket Product Service Rep Pay: $43.57/hr. on W2 Duration: 12 months or longer Shift: Confident working independently covering weekends and alternate shifts to team in Ireland. Hours will shift for the week to support the weekend. Responsibilities: * Planning/forecasting, pricing, sales program management and aftermarket product management. * This position will ensure that all aftermarket strategies and programs are in alignment with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations and Distribution. * Customer facing experience with track record handling a high volume of customer queries via tickets/ seller platforms. * Able to navigate multiple different platforms in order to solve customer queries related to the order journey. * Handle queries, most common queries are 'Where is my stuff', 'Where is my refund'. Qualifications: * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Experience using SAP, Order Manager tools and Excel. * Confident working independently covering weekends and alternate shifts to team in Ireland. Hours will shift for the week to support the weekend. * A solutions-focused individual who can use their initiative when faced with complex or ambiguous challenges. * Handling WFM tickets. * Processing Special Orders.
