Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within the assigned territory. * Conduct direct sales activities to promote products and services effectively. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales metrics. * Implement territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. * Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer value. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and customer needs. * Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity. Skills * Proven experience in direct sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Experience in territory management to optimize client engagement and sales potential. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Technical aptitude to understand product offerings and provide informed recommendations.
