Full description of the position

The Retail Account Manager is responsible for guiding customers either over the phone or in person, making selections of custom glass shower doors and mirrors. They will assist customers in the showroom with glass, mirror, and hardware options answering questions and placing orders. This position requires a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. PDQ. Full time Monday - Friday 8am to 430pm Monday - Thursday and 8am to 2pm on Friday. Responsibilities * Greet customers, guide around the showroom, answer questions, and generate quotes. * Answer and distribute communications in a timely manner. * Put together daily schedules for each team. * Handle warranty work order items. * Check in glass and hardware. * Process payments, filing, and scanning. * Additional office tasks as needed. * Respond to web inquiries and follow up with customers. * Help keep showroom clean and organized. * Maintain accounts with residential and builders. * Maintain trusting relationships with management, suppliers, customers, and colleagues. * Sustain confidentiality in the office and outside of work. Skills * Proven experience in retail sales, or in other relevant retail roles. * Knowledge of computer software systems. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and office suite. * Working knowledge of office equipment, scanner, printer. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Quick study and willingness to learn.
