Granite counter top company in Pittsburgh looking for a Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include: * Greet and assist walk in customers * Answer Phones * Read customers kitchen layout * Input the layout into the quote program to provide an estimate * Schedule measurements and installations * Assist with daily paper filing/faxing/printing * Assist with contractor quotes Requirements: * High school Diploma or equivalent * Basic computer skills * Excellent customer service skills * A strong attention to detail and accuracy * Knowledge of basic Math and problem solving skills * Excellent organizational skills * Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment *Must be able to work Saturday's 9am-3pm. Week day hours are 8am-5pm.
