Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks The Regional Account Rep is the business manager and accountable for the leadership of all sales activity with a given region (Ohio, Indiana and Michigan). High energy sales professional - goal oriented, success-driven individual with a record of producing budgeted results and earning the rewards of a top producer. Grow current client base in the market by renewing current contracts, cross- selling new services and maintaining relationships. In addition, aggressively builds new clients with a combination of networking, cold calling, and other sales and marketing activities to build a healthy sales pipeline. Make presentations to clients, facility management groups, and other organizations to provide education regarding codes, and promote LSS. Represent LSS at trade shows and conferences. Maintain the company's contact management data base, complete weekly sales reports, and meet with management on a regular basis to ensure performance, strategy, and results Travels to meet with prospective clients as needed, as well as attend company meetings as required Ensure 100% client satisfaction Qualifications Possess a hunter mentality Experience in Service Sales & Contract Negotiation Proficient with standard corporate sales productivity tools (CRM, email, voicemail, MS Office) Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills Opportunity qualification and objection handling; ability to help educate the customer Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build trust/rapport with prospects Sales training and CRM experience is a plus, but not mandatory Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player Minimum 2 years of experience to work in a high-energy sales team environment and be a team player Special Position Requirements Compensation and Benefits Salary + Commission / Bonus Health Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA).
