Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth. * Effectively negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for upselling products and services to existing customers. * Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client needs are met effectively. * Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
